1 avocado

2 eggs


Optional: chili flakes


Oven set to 200°. Cut avocado in half, remove the core and scrape with a spoon the pulp slightly. Now place the raw egg into the avocado halves. Put the whole thing in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Finally, the avocado tastes better with some sea salt and chili flakes. Done!

A delicious whole grain bread and a cup of coffee makes the breakfast perfect!
