Ingredients

  • 250g fresh strawberries
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 70g sugar or sugar alternative
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • ½ packet of Gelierfix 3:1 (gelling agent)

Preparation
Wash, hull, and cut the strawberries into quarters. Put them in a large pot and mix them with the sugar. Scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod and add it to the mix. Leave to stand for one hour. When the strawberries have drawn enough juice, puree them with a blender until smooth. Mix the vanilla sugar with the gelling agent and add to the mixture. Bring to a boil briefly while stirring. When still hot, fill the jam into clean jars, seal them tightly and let the jars cool upside down.

Ingredients for 6 muffins

  • 1 muffin tin
  • 6 eggs, size M
  • 1 spring onion
  • fresh chives
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 50g spinach leaves
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder

Preparation
Preheat your oven to 160°C with the fan on. Then take a bowl and whisk the 6 eggs together with some pepper, salt, and paprika powder. Next, wash the spinach, chives, and spring onion, spin them dry and chop them. Now spread the spring onion rings, chopped spinach, chives, and grated cheese evenly on the muffin tin and pour the eggs evenly into the muffin tin. Bake the omelet muffins for about 25 minutes, let cool, and store in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 packet gnocchi
  • 200g grated Gouda
  • 1 red onion
  • 50g butter
  • 0,5l milk
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

First preheat the oven to 180°C with the fan on. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Peel the stalk and cut into small cubes. Blanch for 2 minutes in boiling salted water. Then add the gnocchi and cook for another 4 minutes. Now drain in a colander and set aside. Peel and dice the red onion. In a saucepan, melt the butter and briefly sauté the diced onion. When they become slightly translucent, stir in 3 tablespoons of flour and sauté briefly. Add the milk while stirring. Season to taste with pepper and salt. In a final step, pour the sauce over the broccoli florets and gnocchi and cover with grated Gouda. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the Gouda gets a golden-brown crust.
